Data deletion

You can ask Sampark to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.

How to request deletion

• Email hello@bucketstudy.com with the subject "Delete my data", or
• Send "Delete my data" on WhatsApp to +91 88883 87442.

Please include the phone number or Instagram username the data is linked to.

What happens next

We confirm your request within 3 working days and delete your data within 30 days. If you messaged one of our clients' businesses, we will also inform that business. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are kept only as long as required.

Customers of our clients

If you chatted with a business that uses Sampark, you can also ask that business directly; they can delete your conversation from their inbox.
