Terms of service

These terms apply to the platform and services provided by Sampark, a part of BucketStudy. By starting a plan you agree to them.

The service

We provide a WhatsApp and Instagram messaging platform, setup, content and support as described in the plan you choose. Plan features are listed on our pricing page.

Fees and payment

• The one-time setup fee is paid before setup starts and is not refundable once work has begun.
• Monthly fees are paid in advance. 3- and 6-month plans are paid in advance at the discount shown.
• All prices are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST.
• Meta's per-message charges and any ad budget are separate and paid by the client.

Cancellation

Monthly plans can be cancelled with one month's notice. Advance-paid plans run until the end of the paid period. On cancellation we help you export your contacts.

Your responsibilities

• Send marketing messages only to customers who agreed to receive them.
• Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Meta's Commerce Policy and Instagram's terms.
• Give correct business information for Meta business verification.

Things outside our control

WhatsApp and Instagram are run by Meta. Approvals such as business verification, message templates and the green tick are decided by Meta, and Meta may change its prices or rules. We will tell you about such changes as soon as we know.

Liability

We work hard to keep the service running, but we are not liable for indirect losses or for outages caused by Meta or other third parties. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Nashik, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
