Sampark, a part of BucketStudy ("we", "us"), runs a WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Business Profile platform and service for businesses ("clients"). This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you share with us — name, business name, phone number, email and city — when you message us or ask for an audit.
  • Client account details — business documents needed for Meta business verification, billing and GST details.
  • Messages and contact details of our clients' customers, processed through the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) and the Instagram Messaging API so that our clients can reply, send updates and run chatbots.
  • Basic usage data of our dashboard, such as login times and actions, to keep it secure and working.

How we use it

  • To provide the service: deliver and receive messages, run chatbots, show conversations in the client's inbox and prepare reports.
  • To reply to your enquiries and send invoices.
  • To keep the platform secure and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use our clients' customer data for our own marketing.

Who we share it with

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp and Instagram), which carries the messages, under Meta's own terms and policies.
  • Hosting and payment providers that help us run the service, only as needed.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

Marketing messages and opt-in

Our clients may only send marketing messages to people who agreed to receive them. Anyone can stop these messages at any time by replying "STOP" or by asking the business directly.

How long we keep data

We keep conversation data for as long as the client's account is active, or shorter if the client asks. After an account closes, we delete or anonymise data within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, invoices).

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, and dashboard access is limited to the client's authorised users and our support team.

Your rights
