Meta's message charges
Meta charges for each delivered message and bills your own card in rupees, at Meta's rate — we add nothing on top.
New from 1 October 2026Replies to customers are free only for the first 1,000 each month on every number; after that Meta charges the utility rate. Utility messages sent while the customer's chat is open are charged again too.

Billing questions
What does the setup fee cover?
Meta business verification, your API number, green tick application, chatbot build, message templates and the first month's content plan.
How do I pay?
UPI, bank transfer or card. You get a GST invoice every month.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade anytime — you only pay the difference in setup fee. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
Is ad spend included in Pro?
No. Pro includes creating and managing your Click-to-WhatsApp ads. The ad budget is paid by you directly to Meta.
